Nigerian Government has deployed 176,160 graduates across the every states of the country in its N-Power Social Investment Programmes, Federal Government reported in its book titled ‘Making Steady, Sustainable Progress for Nigeria’s Peace and Prosperity: A Mid-Term Report Card on the Buhari Administration’’.
The book which will be presented by the All Progressives Congress national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, on November 16 was compiled by the Presidential Media Team.
The report contained in the book says about 200,000 graduates beneficiaries were reached in the country but 176,160 were eventually deployed, leaving out 25,840 of which 11,884 were disqualified because their records were incomplete, and 13,956 beneficiaries absent from physical verification.
Further checks revealed that female beneficiaries occupied 46 per cent and a total of 1,126 of the successful applicants were with disabilities.
The centralised Project Management Unit is being put in place to ensure monitoring and evaluation of the N-Power programme across the country, the book added.
