Hon. Dauda Lata, the former member of the Kwara State House of Assembly and Ex-chairman of Patigi Local Government Council, has joined Nigerians in celebrating International Children’s Day across Kwara State and Nigeria.
Hon. Dauda Lata aptly noted, Today is not just a celebration of childhood. It is a reminder of our collective responsibility to safeguard their future.” He emphasized the need for collaborative efforts to ensure a brighter future for the younger generation.
On this special day celebrating children, Hon. Dauda Lata expressed his deepest admiration, noting that children are our greatest treasure and the future of our nation. He condemned child abuse, stating that it tears apart the social fabric and weakens our collective progress. His words underscored the urgent need for collective action to protect and nurture the well-being of children, ensuring a brighter future for generations to come.
While congratulating our little ones and future leaders, Hon. Dauda Lata stated, ‘Without children, the world would be devoid of sunshine, laughter, and love. Children are the most precious creation in the world, and we should protect, guide, and love them with all our might, for they are our naturally gifted and greatest treasures.
He acknowledged His Excellency, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq CON on his tireless efforts to secure the future of Kwara’s children, we commend his sustained commitment.
