“Security remains the top priority of the present administration under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari since its inception.
“The curbing of incidences of Kidnap across the country including the arrest of Kidnap King Pins as well as the decimation of Boko Haram in the North East are worthy to be happy with, “ he said.
Musa-Kalla, said the release of 106 Chibok girls and the release of 16,000 persons in Boko Haram captivity was also worthy of commendation.
“There is the need to commend the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari for recovering the 14 Local Government Areas and territories previously under the control of Boko Haram insurgents in the North East, “he said.
The coordinator also commended Buhari for the sustenance of peace in the Niger Delta through the implementation of the Federal Government’s amnesty programme for ex-militants,
He said that the issue of cattle rustling in Katsina state had become history following the surrender and destruction of over 480 weapons by the Gov. Aminu Masari administration.
