NELFUND: Student loan applications by state of origin

The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), a Student Loan Initiative is a programme established by the Federal Government of Nigeria to break financial barriers in higher education.

So far the initiative has received huge applications from Nigerian students to the tune of 229,420 from 250 institutions.

Applications for student loan at a glance

According to NELFUND, it makes provision of interest-free loans, in a bid to fundamentally reshape the educational landscape.
