THe All Progressives Congress has alleged that the crisis that occurred Thursday at the National Secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party while the former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, submitted his nomination form was caused by the crowd he rented.
APC further exonerated itself from the accusation of being behind the crisis, saying Atiku rented crowd for solidarity but crisis broke when their expectation of money was dashed.
Yekini Nebena, the acting National Publicity Secretary of the APC, said, “Our party had nothing to do with what happened in the PDP.
“We have it on good authority that it was the hired crowd of the presidential aspirant (Atiku) who fought over the money they were expecting and did not get. They should leave the APC out of their troubles.”
