Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, a former minister of Aviation and a chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has reacted to the exit of former presidential aide, Doyin Okupe, from the party, admitting it is a big loss.
Fani-Kayode wrote on his Twitte hand: “The dumping of PDP by @doyinokupe is a big loss for our party. I spoke with him today and heard real reasons. We may lose more people soon.”
Mr. Okupe, the former Senior Special Asssitant on Public Affairs to former president Goodluck Jonathan, while announcing is exit from the party, said PDP “has no future in the evolving Nigerian Political Circus” and is confused.
FELLOW PRESS reported that former ministers of PDP will today hold meeting to discuss way forward and initiate modality for 2019 presidential candidate.
