Meet Oba Adedokun Abolarin Omoniyi, the esteemed founder of Abolarin College, a revered institution rooted in his unwavering commitment to serving his people.

Following his tenure as a legal advisor to the then Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Anyim Pius Anyim, Oba Abolarin returned to his hometown of Oke-Ila Orangun, nestled in Osun State, Southwestern Nigeria. Abolarin College stands as a beacon of hope for children hailing from the rural communities surrounding Oke-Ila Orangun, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, including orphans and the offspring of widowed mothers.

This esteemed establishment not only imparts quality education but also nurtures these young minds in readiness for the future, with remarkable outcomes that belie their challenging beginnings.

During a recent visit by Comrade Alabi Segun Joseph, a respected youth leader in the political sphere and a native of Oke-Ila Orangun, along with Mr. Olushola Omidiji, Oba Abolarin graciously extended a tour of the school grounds. Through shared reminisces, Oba Abolarin recounted the genesis of the institution and the rewarding trajectory it has charted thus far, underscoring the profound impact of community service on both the recipient and the giver.

As a confidant of billionaire mogul Adedeji Adeleke, father of the renowned musician Davido, Oba Abolarin engaged his guests, particularly Comrade Alabi Segun Joseph, in discussions on impactful political leadership and strategies for driving national progress from grassroots levels to higher echelons.

Moreover, Oba Abolarin expounded on ongoing developmental initiatives within the community, spotlighting the remarkable Ila to Ora road project and the recent inauguration of a university in Ila Orangun.

As we extend our invitation to accompany us on our forthcoming expedition to Ifedayo Local Government, an excursion designed to immerse in the natural beauty and commercial potentials of the lush, hilly region. Together, we aim to explore the vast opportunities in agriculture, contributing towards the robust economic growth of this enchanting locale.
