Mark Zuckerberg Reacts To Elon Musk’s Challenge For MMA Fight

Published

on

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was quick to respond to Twitter Chairman Elon Musk.

Musk recently took to his Twitter account to issue a challenge to Zuckerberg. He called for a “cage fight” with the Meta head honcho. The challenge caught some off guard as Zuckerberg has been brushing up on his Brazilian jiu-jitsu skills ever since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Zuckerberg has seen the callout from Musk and he’s taken to his Instagram Stories to respond. Furthermore, he used a famous line from UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov during his response. “Send me location”

Zuckerberg won some medals for his showing in a jiu-jitsu tournament earlier this year. He’s clearly proven to have at least some grappling knowledge, whereas Musk’s combat sports experience is a mystery.

Fight enthusiasts are already aware that Zuckerberg is a big MMA fan. His company, Meta, partnered with the UFC to bring new VR experiences to those watching at home. He was also in the crowd to witness UFC Vegas 61 last year. Some rumors even floated around claiming he rented out the establishment, but UFC President Dana White says that’s a lie.

Time will tell if this exchange is simply for show or if the two highly successful businessmen can actually come to terms and make this fight a reality.
